Abu Dhabi allows non-UAE individuals and companies to own, acquire and dispose of real rights over property in its investment areas (DARI law directory). ADREC reported 50 investment zones in the first half of 2026 (ADREC). Eligibility can depend on nationality and area type, so check each plot on DARI.
